The hotel is a cute little place with very efficient staff. the location is perfect, very close to restaurants. - the property is right next to the main square and a gallery. - Breakfast is served at 7:30.

The location was absolutely perfect and marvelous - just a 5-minute walk from Convent de San Bernardino de Siena. the staff were exceptionally nice.

The room was nice, even though the jacuzzi didn't work. the bed was super comfy, so that made up for it. I also liked having the option to make tea and coffee, and it was handy having a fridge too. the atmosphere was really peaceful and quiet 🌟.

Lots of options for very good breakfast. Great beds, an adjoining terrace, climate control and a writing desk in the room. Great service during our pleasant stay. The fast check-in. Location next to the main attractions, the restaurant and the office and city center.

This place in a nice area has well-designed, modern rooms with a jacuzzi on the balcony, offering fast check-in, on-site parking, and a good pool area.

The hotel's location was very convenient, just a short walk from the downtown area of Valladolid. We were able to easily explore the city and enjoy the local restaurants and attractions. the hotel was located directly across from a delicious restaurant, making it even more convenient for us to grab a quick bite to eat.

The Wi-Fi at the hotel was unreliable and didn't work most of the time. It was a bit frustrating not being able to stay connected, especially when we needed to look up information or plan our activities.

I recently stayed at El Zaguan Colonial in Valladolid for one night before visiting Chichen Itza. The location was superb, allowing us to easily explore the colorful streets of the neighborhood. The hotel room was spacious, with a lovely mini terrace, and the bathroom was especially nice with a large shower. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious, with a toasted bread and papaya jam option. The fast internet, pretty patio with jacuzzi, and quick taxi access to the town center were additional highlights.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
